I am a certified Fitness Instructor who is obsessed with health. I am constantly learning and reading about all facets of wellness and healing, everything from body movement to nutrition.
I have competed in many races, won a handful of 5ks and finished multiple marathons and two ultramarathons.
I love to mountain bike, play pickleball, run, ski, and spend time with my two dogs and boyfriend. I am originally from Maine and moved to Arizona in 2023.
Training both the mind and the body is a skill that I love to help others learn.
Staying active and healthy is a major part of who I am.
I focus on the fun side of life and thats how I think working out should be!
